Today I had been to a meeting organised by SNEHA, a suicide prevention organisation, to celebrate its 25th anniversary. A great service to the depressed and suicidal, Sneha's volunteers are a cut above the rest.

My visit to ISB, Indian School of Business (www.isb.edu) last week was worth a million.   The galaxy of top executives and budding aspirants, who are somebody in their respective organisations, were there to interact with and guide others by sharing their experiences.

What an amazing program it was, the Leadership Skills for the Top Management, with 360 degree reviews and discussions on the feedback.

I thank Prof. Clive Rubery and Mr. Aroon Joshi for their guidance and team members for their valuable inputs.
