My visit to ISB, Indian School of Business (www.isb.edu) last week was worth a million.   The galaxy of top executives and budding aspirants, who are somebody in their respective organisations, were there to interact with and guide others by sharing their experiences.

What an amazing program it was, the Leadership Skills for the Top Management, with 360 degree reviews and discussions on the feedback.

I thank Prof. Clive Rubery and Mr. Aroon Joshi for their guidance and team members for their valuable inputs.

Despite the mushrooming of militant outfits / terrorists with their innovative ideas, we still have among us personalities like Messrs. Narayanamurthys, sri sri ravishankars, Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty of Narayana Hridayalaya and great personalities in the West who can spearhead decency and tolerance in public life.

These men and their likes can guide the society for better living.

I think todays' youth are better placed.
